1. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. About Us

The X-Plug specializes in the supply of genuine OEM and high-quality aftermarket automotive parts, as well as professional garage services.

We currently operate:

  • A garage along Lumumba Drive
  • A retail shop along Kirinyaga Road, Nairobi

3. Products and Services

  • We offer automotive parts, accessories, and related garage services.
  • Some products are imported and may vary slightly from the images displayed on the Site.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm product compatibility unless compatibility has been expressly verified by our team.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices displayed on the Site are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
  • Accepted payment methods include:
    • M-Pesa / Airtel Money
    • Debit/Credit Cards
    • Online Payment Gateways
  • Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within normal business timelines unless otherwise stated.
  • Deliveries are fulfilled through third-party courier services or customer pickup.
  • The X-Plug shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or other external factors beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Return requests must be made within 3 to 7 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must be in resalable condition

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Electrical and electronic parts (including but not limited to sensors and ECUs)
  • Special order items
  • Imported items

Returns will not be accepted where items have been incorrectly installed, misused, altered, or tampered with.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Some products may include manufacturer warranties where applicable.
  • Unless otherwise expressly stated, all products are sold “as is.”
  • The X-Plug shall not be liable for any damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification of products.

8. Garage and Storage Policy

Customers are required to collect their vehicles promptly after repairs are completed.

Uncollected vehicles shall incur a storage fee of:

KES 200 per day

until the vehicle is collected.

9. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • All information submitted must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Site.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the Site
  • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The X-Plug shall not be liable for:

  • Vehicle damage resulting from the use of products purchased through the Site
